 12 months (1yr) Warranty Parts and Labor.

No warranty on cables, software, charger (if inlcuded), battery and all accessories.

 1. Sayes Brances

 2. Sayes dealers

 3. WELLCOM branches (drop off point only)

 

30 working

days

 1. if unit was found to be defective within 7 days after purchase

 2. 3rd   time back job

 3. Unit was not repaired within the FAT.

REMARKS:
In-Warranty:

    1. The product must be purchased from any Sayes Enterprises Co., Ltd. Authorized dealer with and issued official recepipt or sales invoice as proof of purchase.
    2. The warranty period will be effective from the date of purchase.

Void Warranty:

   1. Damage due to misuse, neglect, willful damage or operating outside the specified details in the user manual.
   2. Damage caused by external factors such as fire, fold, windstorm and other natural calamities.
   3. Damage caused by customer negligence such as wet unit, dropped unit, scratched or dented units and other causes.
   4. Damage caused by unauthorized repair or replacement of parts.

Out Of Warranty:

   1. Item is out of warranty period.

Non-Warranty:

    1. Items purchased from any Sayes Enterprises Co., Ltd. Authorized dealers without original receipt invoice.
    2. Items purchased from unauthorized dealers / retail stores and channels.

Turn Around Time:

     It is the duration needed to process and repair or replace the unit. The TAT will begin when Sayes has received the
unit from the dealer. Cut off time will be 3:00pm. Any unit received after 3:00pm will be dated the next day.

Replacements:

     Sayes Head Office must first approve all replacement requests before new units are released. Warranty period of
the replaced unit will be based on the purchase date of the original unit. (As per 2007/Nov/26 Sayes memo.)
